Mission Statement
The Volusia/Flagler CoC plans, develops, and implements comprehensive and coordinated strategies to address homelessness in Volusia/Flagler County.
Service Area and Populations
The Volusia/Flagler Continuum Of Care provides housing and supportive services to families and individuals that are at risk of homelessness or are currently experiencing ​homelessness in Volusia and Flager Counties.
